Next Gallery Sitting Expectation
Each member is expected to sit at least 3 shifts during a quarter period. If your show is during a quarter period, it is best to sit as much during your own show. Shifts are shared through VolunteerSpot. 2-3 members sign up for Friday nights and 1 member for Saturday and Sunday. VolunteerSpot sends a reminder about upcoming shifts, but it is best to note in your own calendar as soon as you sign up.
If you are unable to sit a shift you have signed up for, you are responsible for finding a replacement. If you know in advance, look at VolunteerSpot to see who you may ask to switch spots with. You can call them directly or use VolunteerSpot to request a switch.
If it is a last-minute request, you can try our Facebook group, or call members by phone or text. You cannot assume it has been covered until another member has agreed to cover the shift.
You will be responsible for paying the member $25 for covering a shift at the last minute.
