My work often examines the tension between appearance and reality, and these paintings are no exception. While high heels are typically associated with elegance or fragility, here they become emblems of strength, agility, and agency. I’m interested in celebrating femininity without letting it be a limitation - revealing that there’s always more beneath the surface.

By placing traditionally ""delicate"" footwear in moments of power and motion, I aim to challenge the boxes society tries to place women in. These works are about owning every side of oneself... grace and grit, beauty and boldness.
